Fenton Rexford
Arctic Slope Villages

Fenton Rexford is presently the Tribal Administrator for the Native Village of Kaktovik. Currently, he is the President of the North Slope Borough School District Board of Education, and former President/CEO of Kaktovik Inupiaq Corporation, and Special Assistant to the Mayor.

He attended Eastern Washington University and University of Alaska Anchorage. Mr. Rexford has three daughters; Cathy Tagnak, Ruby, Marianne and a son Isaiah, and has been married to Elizabeth for 15 years. He enjoys playing banjo, hunting and camping, and is a licensed amateur radio operator, and an Elder of the Presbyterian Church in Kaktovik.
