Gloria O’Neill
President/CEO
Cook Inlet Tribal Council

During Gloria O’Neill tenure as President/CEO of Cook Inlet Tribal Council, she has been a strong catalyst of progress and change. Ms. O’Neill has expanded the organization’s annual operating budget from $8 million to $40 million and from less than 70 employees to over 300 staff and 50+ programs, significantly increasing resources for Alaska Native peoples.

Ms. O’Neill has gained the respect and support by developing key relationships with state and community leaders to foster collaboration and explore opportunities for additional resources. She serves on many community committees; including, Anchorage Community Land Trust, Anchorage Museum of History and Art, Enstar Community Advisory Board, Mayor’s Business Development Council, U.S. Census Bureau Committee Advisory Committee on Race and Ethnicity, BIA/Tribal Budget Advisory Council, and Cook Inlet Housing Authority. She received her B.A. Sociology at the University of Alaska Anchorage and MBA at the Alaska Pacific University.
