The Alaska Native Center for Excellence intends to accomplish five new things: two new simplified processes and three
Initial Programs. Two affiliated programs are also associated with this cluster of initiatives and contribute to
the overall effort. Working with an advisory group and partners, the Alaska Native Center for Excellence will develop
ongoing evaluation methodology to measure and evaluate the results of our efforts quarterly.
Research and the development of a simplified, results-based management process that is relevant to rural Alaska.
Outreach and dialogue on a comprehensive development framework to guide collaboration among multiple partners.
