DESCRIPTION
HUD Section 4 Capacity Building Grants provide funding to build the technical and administrative capacity of community development corporations, community housing development organizations, and Native American organizations to carry out community development and affordable housing activities.
This opportunity is seeking to build capacity in the following program areas:
• Preservation of existing housing
• New housing production
• Climate and community resilience
• Economic Mobility
• Eviction prevention
• Organizational Capacity Building
